Reclaimed Wood Serving Trays

Through this collaboration, youth from HALO Foundation’s housing program are given a chance to learn valuable life skills through the entire process of making a product, along with marketing and selling the final piece. Sanding and finishing these wood trays offers therapeutic benefits to youth struggling with homelessness and other life issues. Learn more about the process here.

Interior Design and branding for a Boutique Inn and Cafe overlooking the Piscataquis River in Dover Foxcroft, Maine. The Inn and Cafe were part of a larger historic preservation and renovation of a former textile and furniture mill and was revitalized to include Apartments, Offices, Event Space, Boutique Inn and Cafe. Many sustainable features, local craftsmen, and found objects were used throughout the project. Many of the found objects in the Inn rooms and Cafe were found locally and nod towards the past history of the textile and furniture mills, and the local area.

Interior Design and Architecture of our sustainable, modern home. Many Interior features include vintage and found items and products. Inspiration for the home came from our loft living in Boston and Kansas City so a large, open living space was incorporated to engage in our many family activities. The home is perched on a steep hillside and large expanses of windows take advantage of the wooded surround.
