HAND DYED ORGANIC COTTON NAPKIN, OWL+MOUSE TEXTILES, KANSAS CITY

We’ve had some icy, wet, dreary days here in KC lately but this warming tonic has been soothing the aches and nourishing the body.

Golden milk has a host of benefits other than containing the anti-inflammatory herb, turmeric. I found this powdered form of golden milk that’s made with turmeric, herbs, and dates from Gaia that makes it very easy to make a warm, healing tonic. This golden milk powder is great mixed with water or nut milk but I decided to mix it with Bone Broth Protein by Ancient Nutrition, another great product that I’ve recently started using. Making your own bone broth is certainly an option and I highly recommend it, but when lacking the time and energy to hand make a batch this powdered form comes in handy.

Here are some benefits and a great resource for making homemade bone broth.

Another favorite to warm and cleanse the body is this lemon + cayenne warming tonic

Enjoy the weekend!
