I was thrilled when Jessica Cain contacted me about photographing our home for a Houzz family tour. We’ve lived in this home for 9 years and it’s these many years of working on projects, collecting vintage and handmade goods, and raising our three children that made it so sentimental to reflect and share the journey in photos and words. Even though our home is constantly evolving through the years, the beautiful patina of our time here so far is leaving it’s marks and I’m trying to embrace it all (even the worn paint and floors). The story embodies my thoughts on mindful, intentional living and design. I look back at all the posts on cooking and crafts I did here on this blog with my children, in this home, and my heart swells with those memories.
