Hello after many moons!
Inspiration for this recipe started with uneaten raw carrots coming home in the lunch boxes. I can relate… plain raw carrots are not my favorite either. Shredding the carrots and adding a simple dressing has made all the difference! While we’re on the subject of carrots my kids love eating white and purple carrots too and I’m really excited to try growing some of these soon.
